Full Job Description
The primary focus for this role is in supporting the Capacity (bed) Management System (as part of patient flow improvement projects), working with a range of key stakeholders to define data, analytical and reporting requirements and working with key teams such as the Data Warehouse to facilitate access to required data.
The post holder will also be responsible for leading on the BI team partnership with our data extraction partners (Accenture) in relation to the Virtex(835) environment. This will particularly focus on the transforms (data marts), liaising and managing with our service provider to raise queries, test and approve fixes where required, and ensure implementation into the live environment is as expected., 1. Improving representation at senior levels of staff with disabilities, from black, Asian, and ethnic minorities background, identify as LGBTQ+ and women, through improved recruitment and leadership development
2. Widening access (anchor institution) and employability
3. Improving the experience of staff with disability
4. Improving the EDI literacy and confidence of trust staff through training and development
