Full Job Description

  • Translate Business Needs: Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to translate business problems into clear analytic requirements
  • Develop Analytical Products: Create robust, well-documented analytics products with an intuitive UI/UX that enhance decision-making and support the evaluation of business benefits
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Identify, analyse, and interpret trends in complex datasets, delivering accurate results while advising stakeholders on actionable insights for long-term adoption
  • Project Leadership: Serve as the development lead for large or complex projects, ensuring the accuracy and robustness of analytics products throughout their lifecycle
  • Mentorship and Development: Provide line management and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional growth while balancing project delivery commitments

    Demonstrated passion for data visualization with extensive experience using tools such as Tableau, Looker, and Power BI to create impactful visual representations of data
  • Strong technical skills in Python and SQL for effective data analysis and manipulation, enabling the extraction of meaningful insights from complex datasets
  • Knowledge of either cloud services such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Microsoft Azure, with the ability to leverage these platforms for data storage and processing
  • A proven track record of delivering solutions that address business challenges, driving meaningful change through data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional ability to engage with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams to facilitate successful project outcomes
