Full Job Description

  • Develop an audit program to cover Part21 regulations and AS9100 requirements.
  • Improve and maintain Quality Management System related to design processes
  • Subject Matter Expert in Part21 regulations
  • Support Independent System Monitoring function
  • Ensure design projects adhere to internal and external quality standards and regulations.
  • Manage and host external audits
  • Manage internal and external audit findings and work closely with the stake holders for their closure.
  • Supporting daily quality and operations reporting through standard meeting rhythms
  • Identification of opportunities for improvement projects

    Experience in Quality function within a manufacturing or engineering organisation
  • Customer focused and understanding of customer needs
  • Understanding of product design processes
  • Ability to influence others and lead improvement projects
  • Good oral, written communication + presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal and team skills
  • Excellent ability to work with digital tools and data
  • Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the design and quality assurance teams
  • Effective problem identification and solution skills.
  • Proven analytical and organizational ability.
  • Committed to self learning and continuous development, Relevant technical education or degree with experience in Quality or Engineering
  • Knowledge of Part21 regulations
  • Proven experience in QC Engineering, Quality System Planning and Quality Improvement methods
  • Working knowledge of CAA regulations
  • Working knowledge of AS9100/ISO9001 requirements
