Full Job Description
As a Lead Director's Support Manager for a busy and complex area of DWP Digital, you will manage the Director's Office and lead a team of support colleagues in providing an efficient and consistent service across the Senior Leadership Team. You will be the primary point of contact for your Director's business, reviewing and triaging all issues. You'll digest, prioritise, and impact content and requests, exercising sound judgment to independently resolve matters where appropriate. You and your team will make sure our leaders in digital have the time, space and resources to deliver against an important agenda.
- Experience of quickly understanding the environment and strategic agenda to effectively identify and prioritise the most important tasks.
- Experience of leading a process, and delivery, within a complexed environment.
- Experience of building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders, managing those relationships effectively.
- Experience of managing conflicting demands and priorities whilst working in a high profile, fast paced environment.
