Full Job Description
Our Commercial Property Maintenance team is looking for an experienced, client facing Lead Engineer with an electrical bias to based on a prestigious building in Mayfair
You'll:
- Manage client and building users expectations and to aim for consistently high levels of customer satisfaction & Management of client relationship on a daily basis.
- Manage agreed KPI and SLA's, ensuring best use of all resources to ensure targets are met
- Be responsible for quality control of sub contractors work by utilising spot checks, audits and review of safety paperwork.
- Become Appointed Person if site requires
- Ensure that CAFM systems and site records are up to date at all times reporting jobs to the helpdesk and in line with Helpdesk requirements.
- Coordinate and take responsibility for all planned and reactive maintenance delivered by the engineering team for all equipment, plant, services and systems.
Experience in a similar role - Knowledge or previous experience of mobile technology for management of tasks.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload.
- Previous experience in a role where your duties included: Issuing planned and reactive works, client liaison & meeting with sub-contractors.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of employee, customer and client.
- Sound knowledge of H&S Legislation and some knowledge of COSHH / Confined space / L8.
