Full Job Description

  • Supervising daily office operations, local facilities team, and all 3rd party site-based contractors.
  • Office services delivery: purchasing, hard and soft facilities management.
  • Task and projects management, tracking utilisation and budgets.
  • Suggest improvements or additions to services and/or processes as required.
  • Co-manage FM harmonisation project - UK wide alignment.
  • FM Project Overview of ongoing and upcoming projects:
  • Ongoing
  • Support policy reviews: DSE, Work experience, H&S Management Plan, Facilities Management
  • Corporate Procurement alignment
  • Data cleansing & auditing
  • Café Kixx contribution
  • Parking provisions
  • Support local Facilities' budget review in line Worley's guidance: Supplier selection/Scope review/Goods & Services
  • Space : Planning - current and future - (FM training in progress) & Utilisation
  • Upcoming
  • Hybrid Hero upgrade
  • Office relocation - Logistics & Coordination
  • Template office capabilities for sales department
  • Accountabilities: Handling daily office operations/BAU activities. General point of contact for staff, contractors & clients. File management & FM databases. Record keeping. Progress and activity reporting. Managing and task delegation from central inbox. Switchboard: answer, transfer calls and take and relay messages. Mail management and Ad hoc project management Track the progress via the dashboard, from request through to completion. Creation of configurable reports detailing maintenance and services related to activities, service, and performance (support audits) Log events for reactive maintenance and service requests. Finance Hospitality Access Control

    Proficiency with in-house systems: HybridHero, EMS, GBS, PeopleLink, PeopleSuccess, WorkRite (training provided during onboarding period). Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: Desirable: First Aid, Fire Marshal, Defib Operator HSE Capability:
  • Office based near miss/hazard reporting.
