Full Job Description
Senior ICB manager providing leadership and coordination for the BSW urgent and emergency care work plan and support the UEC Manager with the production of the BSW seasonal plan in collaboration with system partners.Lead senior manager with responsibility for supporting performance improvement and reporting on targets associated with urgent care, namely the 4-hour Accident and Emergency target, and ambulance response targets.Lead senior commissioning manager responsible for the Integrated Urgent Care and Ambulance service contracts and associated transformation and delivery plans.Directly manages relevant IUC and Ambulance contracts, The core requirement of this role is to provide oversight and operational support for the provision of urgent care across the BSW system.The post holder will work in a matrix way with the localities and the Director of Urgent Care and Flow, Associate Director for Patient Flow, Integrated Patient Flow Leads, Urgent Care and Flow Advisors gathering intelligence and issues, resolving these where appropriate, or escalating them to others where required

BSW ICB have adopted agile working so this means the successful applicant will predominately be working from home but may be requested to work in any one of the ICB's office bases across BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire. You will also have a contractual base within the BSW ICB office where your team is based.
