How you'll make a differenceFull Stack Lead Engineers play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of mission-critical applications and systems. They leverage their extensive technical expertise and leadership skills to lead complex projects, mentor junior team members, and drive innovation across the organization. They are proficient in all aspects of engineering disciplines, and they often have a deeper understanding of architecture and design principles. They lead the technical direction and executions of deliveries, ensuring high-quality solutions
aligned with business goals. Lead Engineers drive continuous improvement and innovation, exploring new technologies and approaches to enhance team productivity and efficiency
What you'll bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, but equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Significant engineering experience (minimum of 5 years) with a proven track record of full stack engineering including:o Front end languages such as HTML, JavaScriptframeworks including Angular and React.o Server-side technologies such as Python, Java or .NET microservices.o Database technologies such as SQL, MongoDB.
- Know ledge and preferred experience in working with AWS and /or Azure Cloud Platforms.
- Solid understanding of solution architecture, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable and maintainable systems.
- Background in scaled agile software delivery.
