Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking company, is on the lookout for a dedicated Lead Generation Executive to join their expanding team in Beaconsfield. In this pivotal role, you ll be at the forefront of driving client growth, connecting with prospective clients across various industries to introduce innovative products and set impactful appointments., This telephone-based role involves initiating quality calls with potential clients who have engaged with targeted marketing campaigns. As a Lead Generation Executive, you ll be introducing the company s product range and encouraging prospects to see the full benefits firsthand. With a focus on consultative conversations, you'll bring a creative approach to each call, ensuring every interaction is thoughtful and engaging. Expected call volumes are around 30 per day, focusing on quality over quantity.

This opportunity is ideal for those currently in telesales or telemarketing who are eager to elevate their skills in a more strategic role. While comprehensive training will be provided, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in outbound telesales or telemarketing, with a track record in appointment setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel, along with CRM experience.
  • A consultative and adaptable approach, able to pivot conversations based on client needs.
