Lead Information Controller

Our infrastructure unit brings its design, build and refurbishment expertise to complex projects across the country and we have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Information Controller to join our BIM team in Leavesden, Hertfordshire. The role's purpose will be to support project leads with information and CDE management throughout our project's lifecycle. What you'll do:

• Manage the Information Control of all infrastructure projects with a data-driven and automation focus.
• Configure and automate CDE systems, develop templates, and support Senior Information Controllers with attributes mapping and report/dashboard development.
• Manage Information Control teams to ensure resources and skills across projects, assist in creating documentation, workflows, and standard approaches for daily activities.
• Plan and manage training for CDE systems and lead department engagement sessions.
• Develop and execute a plan to effectively manage all project level resources.
• Share information and communicate regularly with clients, suppliers, stakeholders and senior management team.
  
  Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or an appropriate professional qualification.
• Experience in the strategic development and implementation of Information Control on a project and corporate level.
• Knowledge of the UK BIM Framework: BS1192, PAS1192 and ISO 19650 suite of standards and Government Construction Strategies.
• Experience with Office suite (including PowerBI and Office 365), developing scripts in PowerShell, VBA, and SQL, and working with 3D modelling systems.
