Lead IT Solutions Architect (Active Directory)

We are looking for a Lead IT Solutions Architect (Active Directory) for a 12 Months contract based remotely with ad hoc travel so Derby office on behalf of our globally respected client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs., As Lead IT Solutions Architect (Active Directory) you will develop and implement IT solutions in compliance with evolving regulations. This role involves working closely with service architects, troubleshooting solutions, and managing technical deliverables.

As a Lead IT Solutions Architect (Active Directory) you will be responsible for:

• Develop functional and non-functional requirements through client interactions.


• Document and agree on Use Cases with stakeholders.


• Collaborate with Service Architects to design technical solutions and architecture.


• Troubleshoot and debug solution components to ensure efficient operation.


• Gain a comprehensive understanding of industry requirements and solutions.


• Coordinate the flow and prioritization of technical deliverables within the solution family.
  
  Solid experience in Active Directory and Group Policy.


• Experience with Microsoft Exchange and managing Windows Desktop OS (7, 10, 11).


• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.


• Ability to specify hardware requirements, with knowledge of components like Intel processors and NVIDIA graphics cards.


• Familiarity with desktop OS cloud management tools (e.g., Windows Intune, Autopilot) and Microsoft 365 services.


• Experience in desktop virtualization (e.g., Citrix/Azure Virtual Desktop) and hybrid cloud environments.
