Java 17+, Spring Boot, Microservices, JPA (Hibernate), REST/SOAP Web Services
Strong experience with AWS Cloud hosting and services (EC2, RDS, SQS, S3, DynamoDB)
Proficient with SQL Databases (PostgreSQL/Aurora)
Expertise in testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, TestContainers)
Hands-on experience with Docker, ActiveMQ, Jenkins, Maven, Agile (Scrum), TDD
Proven track record in large-scale Spring-based projects and public sector experience
Active SC and NPPV Clearance is mandatory
AWS DevOps and Spring Cloud expertise
Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, and Postfix
Background in risk management and building high-performing teams
