Lead Motion Graphics Designer

Bring the evoke brand to life as our Lead Motion Graphics Designer! As the Lead Motion Graphics Designer within the evoke Brand & Creative UK Creative Studio, you will be responsible for the continued wellbeing and development of our brands motion communications, aligned to the respective brand visual identities. In this role you will craft visually stunning and emotionally resonant animations that embody our brand's energy and vision. Your knowledge in advertising channels will help you craft or adapt visuals for maximum impact across communication strategies What you will be doing

• Consistently demonstrating compelling, design leadership, you will demand accountability for the visual output of the evoke gaming brands
• Be the 'go-to' person for design generation, solutions for gaming within the Brand & Creative team
• Successful delivery of new creative campaigns and design solutions that aligns with the evoke brand strategies
• Working closely with the Brand & Creative team, Agency Partners, and your internal team of Motion Designers, you will ensure a world class presentation of our brands across motion channels, from conceptual development through to final execution
• Remarkable creative output delivered to time, setting the direction for continued development through final execution
• Build solid relationships the wider Brand, Creative and other specialist design resource throughout the business
• You will excel at overseeing multiple projects at once, and the prospect of splitting your time across different brands on up to a daily basis, as required, will excite you, as will a high-pressured, fast-paced working environment
• This is a social role requiring ease in engaging through various forms of communication with diverse stakeholders to gather details and ensure well-informed designs

• Experience in a senior creative or design role
• Have a robust portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and innovative thinking
• Have excellent communication, presentation, and people skills, with assurance and experience in stakeholder management
• Knowledge of the gambling industry, sport and/or gaming is preferable and will be extremely beneficial in this role
