Are you an experienced Learning Disabilities Nurse with a proven clinical track record? Do you have an interest in Leadership and supporting team development?, The team has a very rare opportunity for a Lead Nurse to join the Community Adult Learning Disability Service. The service is currently undergoing exciting service review, and this will provide the successful applicant the opportunity to work as an integral part of a redeveloped leadership team who are refreshing and reviewing the clinical aspects of the service.

We work closely with our Psychiatry and Psychology Colleagues in neighbouring NHS Trust, CNTW to provide a high quality multi-disciplinary service to all our patients, their families and carers. Our staff are committed to providing a compassionate and caring approach and have a real desire to make a difference to the mental and physical health of those who access our service.

We are looking for a strong, consistent, and compassionate leader who can support the Nurses and the wider team during this period of change. The successful applicant will work collaboratively to further develop the service as it moves forward, influencing pathways structures and redevelopment.
