We offer a range of learning and development for all employees may you be clinical or non-clinical., § The post-holder works as an expert practitioner and is responsible for the strategic direction of patient-focused programmes of care, which address the complex and changing health and well-being needs of the client group in the Pain Unit and in the wider community.
§ To ensure that Pain Unit processes are patient focussed, effective and efficient.
§ To ensure flexible delivery of a quality service for all pain patients.
§ Work with the lead clinicians, care group managers and directors, to set and deliver the strategic vision of the services.
§ Implement policy to support the development of the service
§ The post-holder displays excellent communication and leadership skills, and is responsible for the day-to-day line management of the senior team for which he/she is responsible.
§ The Lead Nurse is a budget holder and authorised signatory for financial resources.
