Lead Occupational Therapist

The Lead Occupational Therapist role at Potters Bar Clinic, part of Elysium Healthcare, offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a dedicated team providing care for young people and adults with acute mental health needs and personality disorders. This is a temporary position with a salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience., As the Lead Occupational Therapist, you will be managing and leading the Occupational Therapy Service across the CAMHS and Adult services, using evidence-based and patient-centered principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the implementation of individual treatment plans, ensuring effective delivery of treatments, activities, and interventions by the Occupational Therapists. The role requires substantial experience in mental health, preferably with both CAMHS and adult experience, as well as inpatient work.
