Lead Occupational Therapist

The Lead Occupational Therapist role at Potters Bar Clinic under Elysium Healthcare offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead and manage the Occupational Therapy Service across the CAMHS and Adult services. You will be responsible for delivering evidence-based, patient-centered interventions to support service users in developing the confidence, skills, and coping strategies required for independent living., As the Lead Occupational Therapist, you will be managing and leading the Occupational Therapy Service across the CAMHS and Adult services, using evidence-based and patient-centered principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions. You will report directly to the Therapy Lead and have the opportunity to work autonomously in running the OT department. Your direct clinical work will predominantly be on the CAMHS wards, where you will also serve as an 'internal care coordinator' for some families.
