Lead Officer (Development Management)

To manage, in conjunction with the Development Manager, a team of professional officers in delivering the development management function (pre application advice, validation, internal/external consultation, decision making, compliance, monitoring of S106/other planning obligations, appeals, complaints and financial control) of the council as local planning authority and assist with the preparation and delivery of the Local Plan and other policies for the Council.
