Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical pharmacist, to lead and develop the clinical haematology and anticoagulation service at the QEW site. The post-holder will work together with consultant haematologists and anticoagulation CNS to provide and develop the anticoagulation and haematology service at Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

This post is a permanent post, and is an excellent opportunity for a clinical pharmacist, with experience working in anticoagulation, and a desire to develop their leadership and management skills.

You will be expected to lead and develop the both clinical haematology & specialist anticoagulation services across the Trust. This includes the promotion of safe, effective and cost effective anticoagulants use to facilitate patient admission and enhance continuity of care across the primary and secondary care interface., At Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust we are committed to providing excellent patient care, and the post holder will be expected to provide clinical leadership within the pharmacy team, develop clinical pharmacy services and identify and deliver drug cost savings., 1.
