Full Job Description

We're looking for a talented Lead Project Manager with a knack for data platform projects and data engineering. You'll play a key role in our Service Experience and Technology Transformation programme (SETT), working closely with our partner, TCS, as we gear up for a new administration contract starting July 2025.
In this role you'll handle a range of projects, from small portfolios to large, complex initiatives. Your tasks will include delivering the NEST Annual Report, revamping our website, and managing security projects. Leading cross-functional teams, mentoring junior staff, and driving effective change, risk, and project management processes are all part of your role.
We're looking for someone with significant experience in programme and service management, complex change delivery, structured business project management, and offshore service provider collaboration. Essential technical skills include experience with data platform projects and knowledge of data engineering, plus stakeholder management with data engineers and analysts. You should also have experience in transformational change, addressing both people and process changes necessary for technical success.

Don't worry if you think you don't have all the key skills, it might be worth taking the few minutes to apply as we're good at spotting potential and offer a generous training budget.
