At Sheffield Health and Social Care (SHSC) we are passionate about providing the very best care to our service users. We are looking to appoint a Lead Project Manager within the Programme Management Office (PMO) to help us to implement transformational projects and programmes to deliver our key strategic priorities. The role has two key elements: 1. Managing complex projects to support delivery of our Transformation Portfolio 2. Management of team of 2 Project Managers and 2 Project Officers Working with clinical and operational leads the post holder will deliver complex projects from start up through to post implementation review. Projects will be co-produced with experts by experience and partner organisations ensuring that service users, carers and their families are at the heart of why, what and how we deliver transformation at SHSC. The post holder will have a proven track record of successful project implementation, excellent stakeholder management, communications, planning and risk and issue management skills. As with all change, it can be complex and uncertain, this role requires someone with the experience and knowledge of project management methodologies to provide clear leadership to project teams and gain the confidence of project boards.
