Full Job Description

Be responsible for controlling & reporting against all commercial and financial aspects of projects from concept to completion (both internal and external supply chain activities)

Discharging Client duties in accordance with Regulatory requirements

Maintaining and managing a safety focused environment and culture aligned to the high-risk aspects of the projects undertaken

Managing multiple construction aspects while also effectively liaising with Contractors and internal/external Stakeholders

Managing a small team of Project Professionals

Experience of managing Projects of high complexity and value

Experience of leading a team

Proficient stakeholder management experience at all levels internally and externally

Desirable:

Qualification in Project Management and/or Construction

Established Project Management skillset (eg development of Project Plans/Designs, Business Cases, Risk Management, OR equivalent experience
