Full Job Description
- Managing and creating Strategic Weapon competency reports for the Submarine Enterprise
- Planning and executing assurance activities to ensure all supporting evidence is auditable
- Identifying, assessing and managing the SWO (Strategic Weapons Organisation) Governance Dashboard and actions
- Managing and organising stakeholders for the individual departmental yearly review of the Business Continuity Management
- Supporting the development and implementation of tailored training/experiential learning activities to meet company and customer specific requirements
- Holding and facilitating advanced problem-solving sessions around SWO issues
PM qualification or equivalent by experience - Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to guide and influence
- Comprehensive understanding of training management
- A solid understanding of submarine operations would be beneficial
