Full Job Description
Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: From £45,628 depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
+ Managing and creating Strategic Weapon competency reports for the Submarine Enterprise
+ Planning and executing assurance activities to ensure all supporting evidence is auditable
+ Identifying, assessing and managing the SWO (Strategic Weapons Organisation) Governance Dashboard and actions
+ Managing and organising stakeholders for the individual departmental yearly review of the Business Continuity Management
+ Supporting the development and implementation of tailored training/experiential learning activities to meet company and customer specific requirements
+ Holding and facilitating advanced problem-solving sessions around SWO issues
+ PM qualification or equivalent by experience
+ Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to guide and influence
+ Comprehensive understanding of training management
+ A solid understanding of submarine operations would be beneficial

The Strategic Weapon Capability team:
