Full Job Description
- Manage the prototyping schedule and oversee the integration into the wider SSNA master schedule
- Managing the overall scope of prototyping activities required to de-risk the programme through a maintained prototyping Matrix
- Support the development of a framework that delivers prototypes from inception to manufacture
- Reporting on the status of the project, schedule, risk & opportunities
- Management of direct reports and cross functional stakeholders, This is an exceptional opportunity to become a key member of the Programme Architecture Team, the custodian of the SSNA Programme requirements. In this role, you will oversee the Pilot & Prototype delivery project, ensuring its successful integration into the broader SSNA Programme. You will play a critical role in shaping the project scope and integrating it within the programme master schedule. This position offers the chance to collaborate closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal teams from Engineering, Design, Planning, Manufacturing, and Capability Delivery Projects, as well as external stakeholders such as the Senior Leadership team and wider Intellectual Partners.
Professional Project Management qualification or relevant experience - Understanding of Lifecycle Management and Governance Framework
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management
- Engineering or Manufacturing background with knowledge of Engineering Lifecycle Management Desirable
- Understanding of Benefits Assessments and management methods
- Experience managing cross enterprise stakeholders
