Lead Psychologist

This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Psychologist to take on the role of Lead Psychologist at All Saints Hospital in Oldham. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, providing specialist psychological treatment and assessment for service users with complex needs, while also supporting and supervising a team of Psychologists and Assistants., As the Lead Psychologist, you will be responsible for individual and group interventions, diagnostic and cognitive assessments, and working closely with the multidisciplinary team. You will lead the psychology department in delivering a range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, EMDR, and DBT, and will provide guidance, support, and supervision to your team. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork, supervision, and continuous professional development, with support from a regional network of Psychologists.
