Lead Psychologist

This is a challenging but highly rewarding role as a Lead Psychologist at Elysium Healthcare's All Saints Hospital in Oldham, where you will be responsible for providing specialist psychological services to a service that offers a mental health service for men who are deaf and have complex communication needs. You will have the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team, supervise junior staff, and contribute to the development of new initiatives and ways of working., As the Lead Psychologist, you will be responsible for a caseload that includes assessing service users with complex needs and designing and delivering specialist psychological treatment within mental health care services. You will lead the psychology department in providing a variety of therapeutic approaches and will provide guidance, support, and supervision to your team of Psychologists and Assistants. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork, supervision, and CPD, with support from a regional network of Psychologists.
