Full Job Description

The purpose of this role will be leading a team of Quality professionals and management of applicable Quality System requirements within the CAPA organisation, in accordance with corporate, divisional, and applicable regulatory requirements. The core responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Manage CAPA Processes: Oversee the timely completion of all CAPA activity in accordance with site, divisional and corporate requirements
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a large CAPA team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all CAPA activities are performed efficiently and effectively, ensuring appropriate containment and bracketing as well as conducting robust investigations culminating in effective Corrective and Preventative Actions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of CAPA including collation of metrics and tracking and trending of data. Act as CAPA SME for internal and external audits.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance CAPA procedures and team performance.
  • Customer Interaction: Create and foster strong cross-departmental connections, enabling appropriate stakeholder involvement and support.
  • Act as the Site Representative for CAPA, ensuring alignment and involvement in Divisional CAPA strategy.
