Full Job Description
To support the operational day to day running of the service including the design and implementation of systems and processes to achieve this, in particular:
To monitor and co-ordinate all medical / nursing rotas across the Directorate
To co-ordinate, log and monitor all types of leave for medical/ nursing staff
To act as the first point of contact for issues relating to Junior Doctors or nurses (e.g. annual leave, study leave, shift swaps, locum / bank cover).
To compile absence spread sheets and conduct back to work interviews with Jnr doctors.
Responsible for maintaining Patchwork Roster and Patchwork Bank applications
