Lead Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant

We are seeking to employ a caring, highly motivated and skilled Teaching Assistant to work with children with Special Educational Needs. You will support the class teachers and other staff in providing specialist education and support for pupils with learning difficulties and other needs.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Planning for and implementing Attention Autism within the Thrive Hive for children with complex needs

- Overseeing the delivery of Speech and Language Therapy programmes throughout the school.

The successful candidate will be offered training for the role and be provided with the opportunity for career development as the candidate grows into the role.
