We are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic individual to lead our Therapy Led Living Well service. This Lead Specialist Physiotherapist will play a key role in the multidisciplinary specialist palliative care teams by contributing their unique knowledge, skills and expertise to patient care.,

  • Lead and manage the Living well service ensuring the highest standard of care to patients and carers.

  • Maintain a highly visible presence as a role model to staff, patients and visitors.

  • Promoting timely, responsive care to patients living well with their palliative diagnosis.

  • Ensure patient care is planned in line with national and local guidelines to enable patients with a life limiting condition to receive individualised care.
