Full Job Description

  • Use your growth mindset to identify opportunities to improve the store experience and develop exciting new customer propositions that drive incremental revenue.

  • Formulates and leads the relevant part of the omnichannel service and selling strategy, to deliver the strategic priorities and business outcomes.

  • Leads the omnichannel service proposition transformation work within retail, working across stakeholders to improve the customer experience.

  • Develop and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships and networks. Ensuring you update stakeholders regularly, stay close to the progress of other workstreams and identify opportunities to collaborate.

  • Collaborates with property, technology and .com to design propositions that are inspiring and omnichannel focused, seeing these through from concept to delivery.

  • Ensure all activity follows the right governance and we are effectively managing the change impact this has on colleagues and stores

    Previous experience of successful delivery of major programmes and change


  • - Able to manage multiple projects in an interconnected way to deliver a larger, more strategic outcome

    - Problem solving - analytical skills, ability to direct, lead and deliver solutions that go beyond existing ways of doing things

    - People & Leadership skills - communications, leadership and talent development skills.

    - Experience in managing and influencing key stakeholders across a business
