Full Job Description

As the Supplier Quality Leader, you will drive supplier excellence, robust quality system and compliance, continuous six sigma process improvement and comprehensive performance management.,

  • Developing and executing strategy for supplier quality in conjunction with sourcing, operation, and other cross functional business partners

  • Evolving the organization to stay competent, contemporary and ahead of business needs

  • Lead and coach a team of supplier quality personnel to effectively monitor and have a positive influence on the supplier performance

  • Product qualification / validation, supplier quality assurance and supplier quality development

  • Supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting key suppliers towards industrial excellence

  • Ensuring supplier adherence to GSI's and customers' quality requirements (product and system), knowledge of APQP, PPAP approach

  • Presenting projects plans, strategy road-maps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders

  • Communicating solutions across our function and with cross-functional partner organizations

  • Ensure regular reporting of performance indicators and non-conformity management

  • Driven by an open, unbiased, positive attitude to investigate issues and come up with root causes-based solutions

  • Collaborative attitude, an inclusive leader able to engage the wider organization as needed

    Bachelor's degree in engineering fields

  • Consolidated experience in Quality and supply chain operations

  • 3 years' experience in fabrications manufacturing

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Turkish

  • There will be no problems with working remotely

  • Travel on need basis to suppliers, Exceptional influencing, interpersonal and leadership skills

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems including overcoming obstacles

  • Ability to lead a multi-cultural team including leadership of remote team members, strong leadership experience in a matrixed environment

  • Ability to document, develop, plan, and execute programs

  • Apply clear thinking in solving complex and urgent issues

  • Established project management skills
