Full Job Description
We are seeking a new Lead Support Worker, in Banbury OX16 2NT, experienced in supporting adults with learning disabilities and passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of people with disabilities.
- Hourly Rate - £13.75
- Full flexibility to work across a 7-day rota pattern - shifts are 07:30-21:30
This is a fabulous opportunity for a person who wants to progress their career within Social Care as you will be supported by dynamic Managers, who are very involved in the support settings and invest a lot of time in the development of their team members.
You will join a team of both experienced colleagues, and also relatively new team members, supporting three wonderful, independent gentleman in their supported living home.
Energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive, positive-risk taking approach is key, as is up front, clear and consistent communication, with strong organisational skills. IT skills are important too - you don't have to be a whizz, but competent!
Being a proactive, engaging and caring individual, who is also a competent and confident Practice Lead for your colleagues, you will promote our values to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.
With an eye for detail, you will play a key role in ensuring support plans are up to date and relevant. You will also aid your colleagues to maintain a high level of compliance and safety in the homes you work in., Disability Confident
