Lead Technician

This position is an essential part of Sherwin's manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assisting the Maintenance and/or Engineering Manager or Supervisor while contributing to the proper maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facility as a maintenance technician. This position performs various maintenance tasks as assigned and is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and productive working environment.

This role is responsible for the planning of a small team.
