Full Job Description

As the UX Research Lead, you will be responsible for continuing to establish and lead UX research at Entain. Your goal will be to ensure that our users are central to our business strategy and product design decisions whilst striking a balance to understand business needs at the same time.

What you will do

  • Work with the Head of Research to shape design practices and processes

  • Promote the right research approach and educate team members on planning and prioritising user research

  • Represent user research to senior leadership, highlighting insights

  • Collaborate with the key individuals in insights and research to understand data insights

  • Capability to establish productive working relationships with directors, senior management, and internal and external stakeholders

  • Monitor and support product OKRS weekly and quarterly

  • Develop research plans and protocols to answer key business and design questions

  • Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies using a variety of methodologies, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and ethnographic research

  • Analyse and synthesise research data to generate actionable insights

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of user researchers

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative research culture

  • Provide strategic direction and vision for user research activities on a product level

  • Identify and prioritise research opportunities based on business goals and user needs

  • Translate research insights into strategic recommendations that inform product roadmaps and business strategies

  • Measure and communicate the impact of user research on product and business outcomes.
