Lead and manage a diverse team of veterinary professionals, ensuring high standards of care and fostering an environment of continuous professional development. Handle a varied caseload, including emergency and critical care, advanced ultrasound, orthopaedic surgery, endoscopy, and other advanced procedures. Participate in regular Lead Vet meetings and management training to align clinic practices with our community goals. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to head our team at our Hospital in Bolton, Manchester. As a pivotal role in our mission-driven Community Interest Company, you'll lead a team dedicated to providing affordable and high-quality care to sick pets. This role is perfect for those looking to make a significant impact in the veterinary field while fostering a culture of growth and learning among a team of skilled clinicians., Qualified Veterinary Surgeon with extensive experience in emergency and critical care. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team in a high-pressure environment. Strong technical proficiency in advanced veterinary procedures. Excellent communication skills, with the empathy and confidence to manage both client and patient needs effectively. Our Offer
40hr working week over 4 days with 2:9 weekends. 6 weeks of holiday per year, including bank holidays. 52 weeks sickness benefit, private healthcare, and free employee assistance programme.
