Full Job Description

Eureka Veterinary Centre is looking for a competent and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join and lead our small, delightful, friendly, and efficient team on a full-time basis. This is a sole charge position with the support of 3 Vets at our Rainham Kent Branch. Ideally, you will be available to work 3-4 days a week Day to day you will take care of consultations, surgery, and other procedures. We are big on clear communication and always doing what we say, with high standards of care, great customer service and client continuity. We run 15-minute consultations, and you will often have a nurse/student nurse available to help in consults.

We are a beautiful, light, and airy purpose-built SA practice in a small shopping centre located in Ashford. This role is based in our Ashford branch, but may occasionally extend to our Rainham, Kent branch. The surgery is well-equipped including in-house blood machines and digital X-ray. Here at Eureka and our sister practice, we recognise that staff are key. We are open to new ideas and encourage input from every member of the practice. Over the years many of the innovative ideas we have put in place to improve things, have come from staff members in different roles. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and care for our clients, as well as the pets of course! With a coastline, and close links to London and the Channel Tunnel, Kent is also home to lots of outdoor activities and many castles, gardens, woods, nature reserves, lakes, rivers, beautiful walks, as well as Bluewater!
