Full Job Description

This is a new and exciting role to support young people in Kingswood working in partnership with Kingswood Town Council, South Gloucestershire Council and local schools, and you will be actively engaged with those organisations to support and champion young people in Kingswood., With support from the Youth Work Manager, who oversees all South Glos Youth Services programming and delivery, the Lead Youth Worker will lead all CYN youth work activities in Kingswood. You will lead a small team of youth workers and volunteers during group sessions, working closely with schools and our Wellbeing Practitioner, to provide young people with activities to support them to achieve positive outcomes and unlock their potential.
