Reporting into the Organisational Development Manager, this role is all about designing and delivering leadership development interventions, at pace, to large diverse groups across our organisation. The successful applicant has a fundamental role in the continued success of our Organisational Development (OD) Team. Small team with a HUGE opportunity to make a significant difference. We are looking for an individual to inspire our First-Line and Mid-Level Leaders in developing their leadership skills, knowledge and behaviours to ultimately provide a quality service to the communities we serve.
