Full Job Description

To provide professional support to the Senior Leadership Team (Corporate Leadership Team or Executive Councillors), providing a proactive and efficient personal administrative support service.

· Experience of organising and preparing complex documents, correspondence and reports requiring the integration of multiple office technology and software applications, often with limited direction. · Experience of providing and obtaining information from senior managers or outside representatives, including Members and the media. To communicate and /or co-ordinate the manager's complex instructions with various individuals and/or departments, assigning and delegating workk tracking this and progress chasing as required. · Experience of using own initiative to problem-solve, both 'live' issues and anticipated future issues that require resolution. · Experience of managing diaries, scheduling appointments and arranging meetings, conferences and travel., Disability Confident About Disability Confident A Disability Confident employer will generally offer an interview to any applicant that declares they have a disability and meets the minimum criteria for the job as defined by the employer.
