Full Job Description
The Learning Admin Manager is responsible for key systems and processes across the function and leads the Learning Helpdesk that provides valuable support and guidance to 19,000 NUH employees accessing the Learning Management System., The Learning Admin Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Learning Helpdesk, line managing the team that handles queries from NUH employees accessing the Learning Management System to complete training.
As part of the management team for the Learning Team, this role is also responsible for the management of:
Trust venues at City and QMC sites
Systems and processes across the Learning function
Training and appraisal data
Finance processes
The Learning Admin Manager will also lead on projects that directly impact on their areas of responsibility, presenting the post holder with the opportunity to identify areas of focus and support the continuous improvement of the Service.
Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager, this post plays a significant role in the governance of mandatory training and Corporate Induction for the Trust.
The post holder will be part of a team of facilitators for learning and development events, including Corporate Induction.
Effectively lead and manage a team
