Full Job Description

OCO Global are looking for an administrator to work with a key client on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will be expected to coordinate training events and act as a project administrator for the client.,

  • Carry out day-to-day administration tasks on the Learning Management System (such as adding training events, ensuring learners have completed pre-work in time, recording attendance)
  • Manage and coordinate programme of training events for the client including but not limited to:
  • + Venue booking + Scheduling and managing events delivered in the UK and overseas + Communicating/coordinating with attendees, trainers and internal stakeholders + Acting as the single point of contact for logistical queries, and identifying and planning for potential disruptions + Handling issues arising on the day of events
  • Work with the client team to produce and distribute internal communications in line with the team's overall plan
  • Act as host in virtual training sessions to include, distributing the links, creating breakout rooms, low-level technical troubleshooting
  • Follow administrative procedures and identify appropriate process improvements
  • Maintain database of training assessment and feedback, identifying any feedback that needs quick action
  • Answer queries about training courses in the shared inbox or forward to the appropriate member of the team
  • Occasional travel for team meetings / in-person working
  • Scope for involvement with developing learning resource content
  • Any other duties as required.
