Learning Coach in Foundation Learning - Bicton College - Actual pro rata salary £16,777.56 plus holiday payment of £2,452.10, £13.68 per hour (full time equivalent £22,958.76 per annum) - Hours per week: 37 - Weeks per year: 38 (Term Time) - Closing Date: 13 October 2024 - Interview Date: w/c 14 October 2024 Due to our growing provision, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join our forward-thinking, creative and innovative team as a Learning Coach, contributing to the delivery of our student experience and pastoral provision for learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. The purpose of our provision is to develop independent, confident, and resilient learners who are well-prepared to engage with the wider community.   • The role of learning coach is to develop learners to attain their ambitions and expectations and through pastoral support. It will involve collaboration with other key managers/staff, ensuring learner engagement with all learning activities and championing the learner voice. This role acts as the first point of contact for pastoral care and welfare issues, including liaising with external agencies and parents.
