Are you driven by a passion for inspiring and engaging learning experiences? As a Learning Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering leadership and people management training. We're seeking a dynamic individual to partner with our business and create impactful learning solutions that make a real difference. Role Overview: As a Learning Consultant, you'll work with our health clinics, managing the full learning cycle from learning needs analysis to design and delivery. Your work will directly enhance key people and performance metrics offering a blended and consistent approach to learning. What You'll Do:

  • Consult with stakeholders to understand and support business strategy and capability needs.
  • Design and deliver high-quality, blended learning solutions.
  • Collaborate with the L&D team to innovate through digital technology.
  • Use project management tools to monitor and report progress.
  • Develop communication strategies to drive learning participation.
  • Ensure cost-effective solutions with measurable KPIs.

    Strong L&D background, ideally from a regulated environment.
  • Insights Discovery Qualified
  • Ability to influence and create effective L&D solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Agile, resilient, and able to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
