Full Job Description

As a key member of the learning and development team, you will be responsible for the deployment of learning programmes across EY. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our core training programmes and collaborate with various stakeholders across the business to achieve programme success. You will coordinate the logistics of both in person and virtual training, as well as manage the end-to-end deployment process. You will facilitate the roll out of learning courses within the UKI region, providing administrative support and assisting with budget management. Reports to: Learning Programme Manager Your key responsibilities: Preparation and Planning:

  • Oversee the daily administration of essential training programs.
  • Manage course scheduling to align with organisational needs and availability.
  • Arrange training materials and ensure they are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Manage and maintain learning sites, keeping content relevant and organised.
  • Logistics Coordination:
  • Coordinate the logistics for both in-person and online training sessions.
  • Prepare facilitators for the delivery of learning courses, including logistical support.
  • Support the hosting and production of online sessions, ensuring technical readiness.
  • Provide on-site support during learning events.
  • Deployment and Event Management:
  • Take control of the full deployment process, ensuring a seamless rollout of learning initiatives.
  • Support the end-to-end execution of learning course deployment plans and budgets.
  • Handle management of learner cancellations, no-shows, and missed sessions, including re-coordination of training dates and nominations.
  • Manage the mailbox as the first point of contact for queries from the business, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Support in the management of facilitators, ensuring they are briefed and equipped for their sessions.
  • Submit requests to schedule offerings and publish content using internal platforms.
  • Feedback, Improvement & Metrics:
  • Gather and analyse feedback from course participants to continually improve course offerings.
  • Implement changes based on feedback to enhance the learning experience.
  • Measure the effectiveness of each learning programme and contribute to the key performance indicators (KPI).
  • Finance:
  • Assist with managing the budget, tracking expenses, and financial planning for your courses/projects.
  • Help with regular finance tasks and requests from the Enablement/Operations team.
  • Team:
  • Support projects and activities across the wider learning team as required, contributing to the overall success of the learning function.
  • Support the induction of new team members.
  • Stakeholder Relations:
  • Build and maintain close working relationships with onshore and offshore colleagues.
  • Provide guidance to offshore team members, to increase their knowledge, skills and competence within their role along with their understanding of the region, by providing transparent and supportive feedback.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Proficient IT skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook.
