Overview of recruitment process: We welcome applicants from any background and role, within the higher education sector or in other areas focusing on education and student support.

To make the most effective use of your application, please clearly state what experience you have for each element of the person specification, doing your best to evidence all the essential knowledge, skills and experience.
- After the initial shortlisting process, candidates will be invited to short in-person or online interviews so that the interview panel and candidate can ask further questions and add more detail to the application.
- Those asked to move on after this stage will have demonstrated how their own experience will support them in the role and will be invited to a more extensive on campus process that will involve a teaching demonstration to an audience of selected students and staff, an opportunity to work with members of TLS (including the Student Team) to design teaching activities and materials and a chance to meet other members of Library and University staff. If this is a new process for you, or you would like some support, please do not hesitate to contact the hiring manager (email below).
