Full Job Description

Facilitate the induction process, including preparing paperwork, organizing refreshments, and conducting the induction week with the broader HR Team.

- Collaborate with our L&D Coordinator to schedule all necessary training for new hires as part of their induction.

- Prepare training registers for courses, ensuring certificates and feedback forms are uploaded and filed in the system.

- Distribute post-course materials, such as information leaflets, further reading, and feedback forms.

- Review course feedback and collaborate with the L&D Coordinator to implement any required changes.

- Generate e-Learning system reports to keep our records current.

- Support the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Champions by attending monthly meetings.

- Help identify and coordinate the delivery of relevant EDI training programs to promote awareness and cultivate an inclusive culture.

This full-time, permanent role offers a competitive salary of £23,500 per annum. Working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, you'll play an essential part in ensuring our new hires have a smooth and welcoming induction experience, while supporting the ongoing development of our existing workforce., Competitive Salary of £23,500 per year
