Full Job Description

planCreate and provide relevant reporting information to support grant applications, management and business updates.Administration of Apprenticeship and Graduate events across the organisation such as welcome events and award ceremonies. Responsibility for the Learning Management System (LMS - Vp Academy) and maintain regular updates to ensure information and content is up to dateAdministration of E-Learning courses, publishing learning material and recording attendance.Updating and maintaining the Learning & Development pages of the company intranet site.Administration of expense and financial forms such as PO requisitions, grant applications and the Apprenticeship DAS account, liaising with relevant suppliers.What We're Looking ForDemonstrable experience in a similar multi-tasking administrative role.Strong customer focus, with a proactive approach to solving challenges.Excellent communication skills, encompassing both written and verbal aptitude.Strong organisational skills
