Full Job Description

Our multi award-winning Newark based Client is looking for a Learning and Development Administrator to work alongside their HR team to help deliver high quality L&D plans, to ensure development of all employees whilst supporting the businesses training and development objectives., The successful Learning and Development Administrator will work with relevant Managers, to facilitate and support the progression and development of employees and provide administration support to the HR Team as required. Other responsibilities include:

Plan, arrange and ensure execution of all training, communicating about upcoming L&D to suit the employee level.
Drive a culture of continuing professional development across the whole group.
Design and develop training programmes and workshops, either independently or with external training providers.
Support with the creation and updating of training materials, manuals, and other educational content.
Taking responsibility for the distribution of the training budget and reporting accurately to the HR Manager.
Plan effectively to ensure all employees have completed mandatory training and refresher to training relevant to their role.
Utilise and manage e-learning platforms and other LMS technologies to enhance the learning experience.

The ideal Learning and Development Administrator will have proven experience in Learning and Development Training delivery or similar role for a minimum of 2 years and the ability to plan, multi-task and manage own time effectively, other attribute include:

Strong administration skills with accurate report writing and record keeping ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
Confident communicator with well-developed verbal and written skills.
Proactive and a strong executor to makes things happen in a planned and productive way.
Proficient at adapting behaviour or work practices to effectively communicate with the intended audience.
Relationship oriented with ability to influence different stakeholders.
